My Role

• Performed risk-based test planning for multi-client, multi-region digital menu board launches, influencing scope, strategy, and time estimates
• Developed Cypress automation suites and reusable utilities to relieve repetitive validation and maintenance overhead
• Built and maintained custom test lab infrastructure and data sets, ensuring production-like validation through 1:1 staging/production hardware and software parity
• Took full ownership of the defect lifecycle from triage through verification, using Tableau to assess impact and prioritize issues based on real client scenarios
• Improved stakeholder trust through managing pre-release testing and giving clear validation of key client features
• Developed QA onboarding documentation through verification checklists and test scenarios in Jira and Confluence, ensuring consistent test execution
• Worked with cross-functional teams to investigate production issues, validate fixes, and document outcomes to reduce repeated incidents
